The Hess Plush is back and it’s better than ever! The My Plush Hess Truck 2023 Tugboat is the fourth release in the collectible Plush series. It is made for endless hugs and snuggles, with soft, durable, multi-textured exterior fabric and a soothingly soft stuffed interior.
