New Jersey a Roaring Success. Mobile Museum Rolling into Pennsylvania.
November 21, 2014
Tour managers Mark and Jamie saw a few familiar faces at the Hopelawn, NJ stop this week.
A man who has visited every single New Jersey stop finished his adventure in Hopelawn. He made sure to take a holiday picture at each stop to show his family and friends.
A family with deep Hess history also made their second appearance at the Mobile Museum. The father worked at Hess under Leon and his son worked under John. The father mentioned how proud he thought Leon would be witnessing the dedication of his toy truck fans.
A husband and wife stopped by to take pictures of the museum for their two sons who live in Florida. Their sons will be visiting the Mobile Museum as it makes its way to the southern states but they couldn’t wait to get a first look at it!
A young family that was hit by hurricane Irene remembered how helpful Hess was in the relief efforts. Ever since then they have been huge fans and collectors.
An east coast family that had recently relocated to Kentucky planned their trip back east around the Mobile Museum schedule. They told Mark and Jamie that over the course of many years they have obtained the entire 50 year collection.
