    Replacement of item damaged in transit

    I contacted the route insurance company and after reviewing my submitted photos of the damaged product a replacement was promptly ordered and arrived. Very pleased.

    2024 60th Anniversary Fire Truck

    I am thankful to Route Protection carrying through with a replacement since I didn't receive the 1st package. This is a Christmas gift for my grandson so it hasn't been opened yet. but I feel certain it will be just as advertised & like all the others I've purchased through the years.
