    REPLACEMENT OF MISSING ITEM

    I had bought six Hess trucks and one plush truck. when we opened the box and there was only five trucks in there. They were very helpful with helping us get our missing item. Thank you

    2024 60th Anniversary Fire Truck with Car and Motorcycle

    This was a replacement Truck, as the 1st one never arrived, let alone arrive before Christmas (ordered 12-10-24). Having said that, we gave this Fire Truck to two 3 yr old boys. It was an absolute hit with both of them. Absolutely recommend this Fire Truck, but monitor your shipping and don't take "don't worry" for an answer!

    My box was damaged from the shipper and I contacted them for a replacement. Their response was quick and they shipped a replacement to us quickly also

    Hess Fire Truck

    Have ordered it 2 times and both times it has been broken. I am waiting for the 3rd truck to come. Hopefully 3rd time is a charm and this Truck will be in perfect condition.?
