  We buy one every year for our grandson. I don’t. Know how much longer he will love them as much as we love giving them to him...but then grandpa can get them!

  really liked this years trucks

  i have been collecting these hess trucks since 1983 i got them for 3 nephews and my son only get for my son now

  A screwdriver should be included for change of battery.

  on-line access

  The on-line ordering access need to be greatly improved. ypour rep when I called to place my order said that at 10:01, you were overloaded with phone calls. That should tell you something about people using you on-line ordering system was not doing its job. PLus I don't like the references to Paypal when I use my own credit card to order.

  I was pleased with how easy it was to order the product however I had to do it by phone because when I tried to pay on line the site kept kicking me off. Therefore I was not too happy to have to pay a $5.00 charge

  I do like your product and will order again next year
