Revived my truck s In great condition & customers service was great & check my shipping stats & told me everything is good & got the trucks 2 days ago Thanks Lou Have a total of 30 Hess trucks now.

Current 2020 Hess Truck
Unable to order after numerous attempts called and got order but unaware of extra $5.00 charge. Operator never mentioned charge . I received email about current 2020 truck but not able to order by computer. Admin Sales person never attempted to assist me to order by computer. Attempted to set up new password but when I got to adding by zip code it was thrown out. I explained this problem to sales person. I was putting in my correct zip code so I called after numerous attempts. I really do not think I should be charged for your computer set up glitz. Rosemary Guntner

i dont agree with the charge for ordering by phone
i dont like your charges by phone because i dont give my information by credit card on the internet

Trying to order on line
I do not use Pay Pal ....I only use a credit card....It would NOT let me use my credit card. I had to call to place my order in order to use the credit card. I was NOT happy about this.

I get my Grandson a Hess truck for Christmas every year. I stared when he was 2 and now he is 6 years old it is a Tradition that I will Continue for many years to come Hess truck are a great product and very well made of the Highest quality . we love them and will for many years to come .
