  I didn't have a problem with my order until it came time to check out then it came up with my daughter in law's account and I couldn't get read of it. so I had too call in my order.

  I didn't have a problem with my order until I went to check out and it came up with my daughter in law's billing account which I couldn't get red of at which time I called asking for help after a long time of trying to fix it . We decided to make a new order. so I had to pay the charge.

  Wonderful toys

  I have been ordering the Hess toys for my sons, grandsons and now my great grandsons. They love them!!!

  2 Rescue trucks

  Both the trucks box's came in damaged, I call the company and was told to use the web site an got nowhere. I have been buying Hess trucks since the mid 80's. This is the worse year to date, cannot get any satisfaction. I hope you can resolve the problem
