Shipping company issues
In all the years of buying the Hess vehicles from Hess gas stations & having them delivered by the original shipping company I never had any issues receiving the items until this new delivery company as they didn't deliver the first mini collection I ordered & I had to put in a request for missing shipment. I hope that you will resolve the issues with ROUTE
