Although these toys are becoming unaffordable, they do not fail to please. Excellent, realistic sound effects and cool chasing green side lights! Would like to see a speedboat on flatbed truck in the future...

Box looks like they're nice cars.
Since I purchased my first years ago, I receive them and put them on display in the basement. No box has ever been opened to look at it.

Race cars
We haven't opened them yet (Christmas gifts) but having bought Hess trucks every year for 25 years I know the race cars will be wonderful. I've purchased several each year but I am downed to buying two this year. Love them and so do the kids!!!

The stock car racers look great based on the TV ads. I bought two as Christmas gifts so they have not yet been opened, but the two gift recipients are avid collectors of the annual Hess product so I am sure they will be a big hit.
