I received my original order of the 3 minis only to have the 18 Wheeler missing a hubcap.
Upon calling and speaking to 1 of your representatives I was informed that the hubcap issue was a common occurrence. It was suggested that I glue the parts that were falling off into the box back onto the wheel. I responded with, we have collected every Hess truck since 1989 and would like a perfect set of mini trucks w/o gluing the parts on. The rep kindly had NJ send me an item pickup tag in order to receive a replacement shipment, which I used the day it was received. This week the replacement order arrived - with 2 of the hubcaps loose in the package - again off the 18 Wheeler. Where has the quality control gone? I’m so disappointed and really see no sense in returning the items for another replacement, since it seems this is an ongoing problem. Thank you for a chance to air my concerns. I would love to see a resolution to the issue.
