I received my original order of the 3 minis only to have the 18 Wheeler missing a hubcap.
Upon calling and speaking to 1 of your representatives I was informed that the hubcap issue was a common occurrence. It was suggested that I glue the parts that were falling off into the box back onto the wheel. I responded with, we have collected every Hess truck since 1989 and would like a perfect set of mini trucks w/o gluing the parts on. The rep kindly had NJ send me an item pickup tag in order to receive a replacement shipment, which I used the day it was received. This week the replacement order arrived - with 2 of the hubcaps loose in the package - again off the 18 Wheeler. Where has the quality control gone? I’m so disappointed and really see no sense in returning the items for another replacement, since it seems this is an ongoing problem. Thank you for a chance to air my concerns. I would love to see a resolution to the issue.

I purchased the Hess minis for my nephew. He absolutely enjoys his Hess trucks mini or otherwise. These vehicles are crafted with the highest quality materials for years of playing.

The cars are great and my son likes the firetruck with the little truck on the back the best. He thinks the lights on them are cool and he was happy to add them to the other Hess trucks he has.

Love these! Most importantly, my 2 and 4 year olds go crazy over them. They're really for display, so they don't play with them, but they have their big Hess trucks for that. The level of detail on these minis is incredible. The boys will be collecting these minis every year. A quality product to keep for a lifetime.

I have ordered the current annual Hess truck(s) every year. I have not been dissapointed in their quality and detail. My grandson (an adult now) has been collecting them for years and cherishs every one.
