    Same quality but a few hiccups

    We love getting the Hess trucks, both full size and mini, for our 3.5yo son each year. But the ladder on the mini fire truck is continuously coming off. We’ve basically had to hide it from him. Also, the on/off switch placement on the 17-wheeler is awful. I have small hands and can barely get to the switch without a struggle.

    Hess 2020 Mini Collection

    I first bought a Hess truck in 1988 for my now oldest grandson. Just purchased this 2020 set for my first great grandson (age 2) and he played for a solid 90 minutes with them and continued playing when he got home. He enjoyed turning the lights on and off. Quality continues to be the highest. Just found more vehicles of various years online and purchased a helicopter. Cannot wait for his visit next week. Thank you for the new memories.

    My 7 Grandsons for whom I purchased seem to enjoy this set

    They do seem to enjoy the larger trucks which i purchase at Christmas even more though.
