- Hess Toy Truck new customer orders placed at HessToyTruck.com between 6:00 AM ET on Friday, December 15, 2023 and 11:59 PM ET on Tuesday, December 19, 2023.
- Order shipping method selected must be UPS-3-Day-Select.
Guarantee Offer:
- For orders where delivery is not made or attempted by end of day on Sunday, December 24, 2023, for the eligible item(s), upon request we offer a choice of either:
- Free return and “full refund” of the original order without any fees deducted.
- OR a one-time $10.00 per truck “partial refund” to the original payment method.
- Please note, refunds are not automatically applied and must be requested by calling Customer Service at 1-844-HESSTOY beginning Tuesday, December 26, 2023 thru Wednesday, January 3, 2024.
Offer does NOT apply to:
- Shipments to any invalid or inaccurate address.
- Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories and possessions
- Shipments to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Orders where the required UPS 3-Day Select delivery method was not selected at the time of checkout.
- Orders where UPS shows an attempted delivery before Sunday, December 24, 2023.
- Orders where UPS shows item is delivered, but customer disputes such delivery.
- Orders delayed by shipping carriers, acts of war, terrorism, acts of nature, labor strike, or other events beyond our control.
- Previous Hess Toy Truck purchases, including any customer service-related replacement orders related to a previous purchase.
- Cancelled orders.
Other Terms:
- UPS.com tracking information is the sole source of information in determining delivery attempts and timelines.
- Any partial refund issued will be considered the final and sole resolution. No further claims may be made for these orders.
- Please note that this promotion may be terminated or modified at any time without notice.
